Oh my word Bekah, I love you! Just so you ...HAHAHA! Oh my word Bekah, I love you! Just so you know...I LOVE the Backyardigans! As a matter of fact, I used to watch it like every Saturday morning (when I say "used to" I mean when I was about 14 or 15), and my family did not get it. My little sibs didn't even like it that much...I just like it for some strange unexplainable reason. It's just so....charming!

lol. Yeah, I can't do an accent either. It is funny though, because my mom sounds Chinese whenever she's trying to do any accent. One time, years ago, we were reading a book as a family that took place in World War II. So, she was trying to do a German accent, and we couldn't stop laughing, because she sounded Chinese all the time!

Oh, I say "like" all the time too. :P I think that's pretty normal....my dad gives me a really hard time about it though. I'm not known for being dramatic, but I'd say I probably am just dramatic enough to be annoying. ha! Overdramatic people are just plain funny though! So, at least you've got the upper hand there. :D

Sports? Sports make you competitive? Blegh. haha. :D I can't say I've ever really played sports, because they do not entertain me at all. As a matter of fact, I couldn't tell you the rules of any sports game. Call me an artsy fart, but sports are just not my thing! =P

By the way, congrats on learning vibrato!!!! That's so awesome! I had to teach myself how to do vibrato, because once I hit 3 years and hadn't learned it yet, I just thought it was ridiculous! I'd wanted to use vibrato since day one. I was telling my mom and dad in the car that you were learning it, and dad reminded me about all the times I told him how badly I wanted to learn it. haha. :D It is so fun once you have it down like it's nothing though, because at that point, it's like you've reached a new level. That's a TOTALLY awesome feeling!

As far as teachers goes...my current teacher isn't slow, but she does stress the importance of every note being perfectly on pitch, as yours does. I like that though, because I'm never perfect, but it helps me work harder to get to that.

Oh, and third position! Yay! That was also a big step for me. Once you learn third, all of the other ones just kind of pop into place. I think I've done all of the positions at this point, but I still struggle quite a bit with the higher stuff. Practice makes perfect! :)

Keep up the great work, Love! It'll pay off! Oh, and I would simply adore it if you would post a video of yourself playing. :)

Have a wonderful Sunday! Oh, and long comments are the bestest. ^_^
--AbAbigail Krafthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02616072545498555857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7604954442354384068.post-445269145201529862010-05-01T14:24:03.906-07:002010-05-01T14:24:03.906-07:00I awarded you: http://thefaithfulelvenprincess.blo...I awarded you: http://thefaithfulelvenprincess.blogspot.com/2010/05/awards.htmlEldarwenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10139058505878287844noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7604954442354384068.post-48432795653049702192010-05-01T12:09:38.613-07:002010-05-01T12:09:38.613-07:00A coma?? I can't quite figure out why it took me such a ridiciulous amount of time to come and follow you. It really is a mystery to me.

HAHAHA... I just have to say this: Whenever I try to fake an accent, I sound SO WEIRD! It's not even funny. Okay, so maybe it is.
